Steam mods will automatically fight the right place to land. You drop the mod file into the “mod “ folder found in My Documents>Euro Truck Simulator 2>mod. The game has a mod loader that takes care of a lot of the work for you.
Some I would have included if not for the fact that they’re now paid for, and though I support anyone who wants to earn money from their work, that’s not the spirit of this column. So no mods that haven’t been updated recently.
